Pulse & Pattern has welcomed Adam Lawson to the business, strengthening our expertise across data, customer insight and commercial intelligence.
Alongside his role as Owner and Director of Crayon, Adam brings a sharp understanding of how organisations can turn complex and disconnected information into decisions that support performance, growth and better customer outcomes.
His expertise is particularly valuable because most organisations do not suffer from a shortage of data. They struggle because important information sits across different systems, teams and reports, with no clear view of what it means when brought together.
Adam’s ability to interrogate data, recognise meaningful patterns and connect customer behaviour with commercial performance aligns directly with the work Pulse & Pattern was created to do.
He will support the continued development of our research and intelligence offer, helping organisations move beyond surface level reporting and understand the operational and behavioural factors driving their results.
Adam’s arrival brings another layer of depth to the business: combining data expertise with human-led customer research to reveal not only what is happening, but why, and what the organisation should do next.
We are delighted to have him with us.
